1. Purpose and Scope of Application

1.1. These Terms and Conditions for Paid Products are provided for the purpose of defining the legal relationship between the Company and the Member regarding the sale (purchase), use, refund, and other activities in relation to the Paid Products that are sold as part of the Service.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to Members who purchase Paid Products.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions for Paid Products are ancillary to the Service Terms and Conditions, and any matters not specified herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Service Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1. Terms defined in the Service Terms and Conditions for Paid Products shall have the same meaning in these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Additional terms defined in these Terms and Conditions for Paid Products are as follows:

• “Paid Products” refers to Services or Products from the Company that Members can access only after paying a certain price. Paid Products include the right to download specific Content; certain products that provide access to Content for a fixed term; and specific features that are available on the Service. More information on Paid Products is provided on the product detail pages to which the users can refer in order to purchase and access the content.

3. Content, Changes, and Disposal of Paid Products

3.1 The Company shall appropriately notify Members of the following provisions of these Terms and Conditions and on the Service page to ensure that the Members fully understand the transaction terms for the purchase of the Paid Products before purchasing the content so that Members may purchase the Paid Products without any errors or misunderstandings. Each of the provisions listed below will be binding on the Company and Members as part of the Terms and Conditions.

① The trade name of the seller and the name, address, and telephone number of the seller’s representative;

② Specific details regarding the Paid Products such as their type and price and the method, period, and conditions for using them;

③ Matters such as the period, method, refunds, and effectiveness of withdrawal of purchases and agreement termination;

④ Matters relating to handling of consumer complaints, compensation for damages, and dispute resolution.

3.2. The Company may, with reasonable prior notification to Members, modify the types, prices, and other detailed information regarding the Paid Products or terminate specific Paid Products. If such revisions and termination are unfavorable for the Members or seriously affect the rights and responsibilities of the Members, the aforementioned revisions and termination will take effect according to the procedures for notification and announcement in accordance with the Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3.  If the Company makes revisions to the types, prices, and other information about the Paid Products or terminates them according to the preceding paragraph, thus limiting the Members, for causes not attributable to the Members, from using the Paid Products previously purchased in accordance with the conditions, etc. prearranged upon purchasing, the Company shall provide the appropriate compensation to Members.
